Dell Unveils Latest XPS Laptops and UltraSharp Monitors for CES 2024

Dell has revealed its latest XPS laptops and UltraSharp monitors in anticipation of CES 2024. These cutting-edge XPS laptops feature the new Intel Core Ultra series processors, boasting a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) designed for efficient AI task execution. The technology showcase is set to take place at the Consumer Electronics Show 2024 in Las Vegas, where Dell will exhibit the advancements in its product lineup. The integration of powerful processors and AI capabilities signifies Dell's commitment to delivering state-of-the-art computing solutions, enhancing the user experience with innovative technologies and high-performance features in their devices.

In its most recent update, Dell is streamlining the XPS series by integrating the sleek design of the XPS 13 Plus, characterized by a sizable glass trackpad, into the larger XPS 14 and XPS 16 models. All three variations now showcase a premium aesthetic, boasting an aluminum body and Gorilla Glass 3 protection for the OLED touchscreen, with non-touchscreen models also available. Notably, Dell has prioritized sustainability in both the product and packaging materials, aligning with eco-friendly practices. This commitment reflects Dell's dedication to incorporating environmentally conscious elements into its design and production processes.

Additionally, these laptops showcase an innovative touch function row that seamlessly toggles between media and function keys. The upcoming Dell XPS laptop series will be released in specific markets. The XPS 13 starts at $1,299, the XPS 14 is priced at $1,699, and the larger XPS 16 comes with a price tag of $1,899 in the United States.

The Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt TM Hub Monitor (U4025QW) is the world’s first 40-inch 5K monitor with five-star eye comfort. This means the monitor will cause less eye strain compared to its contemporaries.

Featuring a 5K resolution ultra-wide angle panel, the UltraSharp 40 is a VESA DisplayHDR 600 monitor, providing a consistent brightness of up to 600 nits for HDR content. Additionally, the company has intensified its focus on refresh rate, doubling it to offer an impressive 120Hz refresh rate on the monitor.

The Dell UltraSharp 40 curved monitor incorporates a built-in ambient light sensor, enabling automatic adjustment of screen brightness based on ambient lighting conditions. Additionally, it boasts a 99% DCI-P3 color accuracy, and users have the option to fine-tune and calibrate colors using the Dell Color Management software.

Additionally, Dell introduced the Dell UltraSharp 34 Curved Thunderbolt TM Hub Monitor (U3425WE) featuring a WQHD display, providing up to 90W power delivery at a more affordable price point.

The Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved ThunderboltTM Hub Monitor (U4025QW) is priced at $2,399.99 in the United States, whereas the more compact Dell UltraSharp 34 Curved ThunderboltTM Hub Monitor (U3425WE) is priced at $1,019.99 and is set to be available starting February 27.
