Discreet Solutions rolls out Office Suite

Pune-based Discreet Solutions has unveiled a new Office Suite or Reporting

tool known as Easy Invoice. This software can be used with the existing

accounting packages that any company uses to get invoice print outs in a format

that the customer wants. The printing format of VAT invoice, VAT reports,

inventory, sales team management, office or godown voucher can be customized

using Easy Invoice.

In some accounting software packages, there are issues concerning invoice

printing. "Using Easy Invoice, the invoice can be customized by adding

terms and conditions, adding a watermark or a logo, or even remove unwanted

information. New warranty options can be added and space for customer's

signature too can be created," informed Alok Parmar, Director of Discreet

Solutions. With this software, a customer has the freedom of changing the look

and feel of his invoice whenever he feels like.

It also has the facility to prevent wastage paper by not using 100% of the

paper. The column names mentioned in an accounting software can be changed when

printing an invoice. Printing can be done in several languages using this

software.

This software is compatible with any kind of Operating System and printing

can be done on a laser, inkjet or dot matrix printer. It is available for



Rs 2,250.
