Microsoft's Xbox was the fair's center of attraction.Youngsters and children
both showed their interest by observing the live demonstration, playing games
and also registering their orders to buy the product.
While demonstrating the games to visitors, the representatives of Microsoft
grabbed the opportunity to educate customers about the genuine and pirated
software and advised them to buy original software only.
The four-day event marked the increasing enquiries by customers about
upcoming technologies like Vista, Wi-Fi and tablet PCs.
“Events like these play an active role in creating awareness among the
end-users about the latest products and technologies. Customers get a chance to
compare the prices and features of various products and then buy according to
their requirements. UITTA aims to organize such events on a consistent basis,”
said Surjeet Singh, President, UITTA. The brands on display in the fair were
Canon, Microsoft, D-Link,
HP, Intel, Xerox, Intex, Sahara and Microtek among many others.
