Emerson Network introduces Upstation GXT-AV

Emerson Network India has introduced Upstation GXT-AV, its small-range UPS.
This UPS comes in three power ratings of 1, 2 and 3 KVA. The UPS has a backbone
of a fully-digital control technology based on DSP. DSP results in faster
controls and increased functionaility and monitoring using fewer components. The
product has a power factor corrected (PFC) front-end, which helps the UPS use
utility power more efficinetly by up to 20 percent.

The Upstation GXT-AV has built-in batteries and offer backups up to four
hours.
