Enterasys appoints Nebula as distributor for networking products

Enterasys Networks, a Cabletron
Systems company, announced
that it has entered into an agreement with Chennai-based Nebula Technologies to
distribute its networking products in India. Nebula Technologies will stock and
distribute Enterasys Networks’ ELS switches, SmartStack switches and
roam-about products for the entry-level market in India.

This is a strategic move by Enterasys Networks to deliver
products and solutions to the market with minimum downtime. The products will be
delivered to customers through, both the existing Enterasys channels and Nebula’s
reseller network. This step will enable Enterasys to achieve a wider reach and
better access to the entry level (SME) markets in the country.

Commenting on the significance of the tie-up, S. Muralidharan, Business
Manager - Networking, Nebula Technologies said, "The SME segment is a high
