Epson introduces end-user promotions for inkjet printers and multi-functional devices

Epson India announced the launch of end-user promotional offers with the purchase of its inkjet printers and multi-functional devices. Customers who buy Epson's Stylus C82, an CX 3100 or CX 5100 will get a Swatch Chrono watch worth Rs 3,000 free. A Kodak KB10 camera worth Rs 795 is also offered on the purchase of every Epson Stylus C61. The promotion kicked off across the country on July 15th and runs till the end of the month.

Stylus CX 5100 and CX 3100 are targeted at the business user and the lifestyle home user respectively. The major highlight of the Stylus CX5100 is its print speed of 22 pages per minute for black text and 11 pages per minute for colour in economy mode. It features Epson's DurBrite Ink technology. 

The Stylus CX3100 has a top printing resolution of 5760 x 720 optimised dpi with Epson's Photo RPM. Printing speed is 14 pages per minute for black text and 13.9 pages per minute for colour in economy mode. 

The Stylus C61 is capable of printing at 5760-optimised dpi photo quality. Targeted at SOHO and advanced home users,it offers dual USB and parallel port connectivity, a dual ink cartridge configuration, and an enhanced print driver with greater ease of use at Rs 6,475.

Epson's Product Manager, Inkjets, Suresh said, The promotional schemes are a feel good factor. They address a set of audience who have bought into the category. We are looking at a 27% market share this year. "
