Epson launches Epson EMP 30 projector - CYBER NEWS SERVICE

Epson India has introduced Epson EMP 30 - a multi-purpose entertainment projector capable of reproducing true-to-life

images in any environment.

Targeted at the home segment, the Epson EMP 30 is compatible with RGB, composite, s-video, and component video

offering a wide range of input options to make movie watching simple and enjoyable. Furthermore, it uses a

cinema filter thatenhances movie images for an authentic theater feeling. 

"Not only can the EMP-30 be used to deliver a business presentation, but after work is over, users can easily take it home

and enjoy Epson's top image quality in big-screen entertainment including video games, movies and

more," says Venkat, Product Manager, Epson India.

The heart of this projector's advanced 3-LCD projection system is Seiko, Epson's own 0.5-inch LCDs, which are engineered

to achieve high levels of image quality, such as uniform brightness distribution (illumination ratio),

color saturation, color accuracy, and efficiency.

3-LCD projection system uses a dedicated LCD for red, green and blue light. 

The EMP-30 comes fully equipped with features such as 15-degree digital keystone correction which provides a completely

rectangular image, electronic zoom, multi-function credit card-sized remote control and

on-screen help features. It also takes advantage of Epson's exclusive digital active resizing (DAR) technology.
