Esquire to become LG authorized service provider

Thrissur-based Esquire Associates will soon be appointed as LG authorized

service provider for desktops and peripherals, in the region. This is a

remark-able development for Esquire since the company has been appointed as LG

MyPC distri-butor for Thrissur region only recently. "It is a

double-delight for us and LG has recognized our efforts in business. We will

surely add value to LG in the market and live up to the expectation," said

P Suresh Kumar, Managing Partner, Esquire Associates. Esquire Associates is

purely a home player focusing mainly on LG and HP in business.

Recently, it opened branch offices in Triprayar and Vadakanchery, near

Thrissur. "The home segment is growing and expanding from metros to

upcountry markets, mainly in B and C class cities. We want to tap the business

opportunity by expanding into these markets and service will be our key strength

to win customers," said Kumar. Wherever the company opened its showroom, it

also established service centers in the same premises. "In fact, LG saw our

strengths in service and hence, decided to align with us," he quipped.

The company is quite upbeat about selling LG desktops as the vendor is

capturing significant market-share month-on-month. "LG is becoming a

preferred brand in PCs among the customers and this is evident from the fact

that LG notching up in sales against all the leading PC brands to get into the

premier club of Top 3 brands in the country. LG offers very attractive schemes

and price points which help resellers to make good sales in the market," he

claimed. Last fiscal, the company closed its books with a revenue of Rs 4 crore

in business.
