ESS Distribution has announced expanding its team both in Mumbai headquarters and across Indian states. As the distribution business growth, the company doubles the number of sales force since the beginning of financial year.

ESS Distribution Pvt. Ltd. appoints new sales representatives in Mumbai, Telangana, AP, Bihar, Odisha, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Delhi strengthening its pan-India presence through branch offices and representatives across the country. The sales force in New Delhi and Kolkata has increased significantly due to growing requirement in these markets.

Along with sales team expansion, ESS Distribution has shifted to a new office space at: 1209, 12th floor, Satra plaza, Sector 19 D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400703.

Since the beginning of 2016, ESS Distribution has expanded its partner network in Southern and Eastern regions, adding new dedicated partners to its 3000+ strong partner network comprising both direct channel partners for paper licenses and retail channel partners for consumer retail products.

Commenting on company’s strategy in the market, Zakir Hussain Rangwala, Country Head at ESS Distribution, said: “We are currently focusing on building better relationship with each partner individually, for which we design customized training programs for distributors and there teams, keeping in mind their demands and requirements. This approached helps us understand the changing requirements of the market better and adapt to new realities faster”.

In the past quarter, ESS Distribution has conducted several channel schemes targeting partners across regions. Company’s latest scheme for regional distributors and sub-distributors aiming to increase the penetration of ESET products in retail and corporate market, saw participation of more than 75 partners who were awarded with a trip to Bangkok, Thailand.

“The Channel schemes designed to benefit our existing channel partners and attract new partners aim long-term visibility in the market rather than short-term gains, and for this reason we always focus on tapping quality rather than quantity market,” Zakir Hussain Rangwala added.
