Which of the segments you work in are emerging as the greatest opportunity providers in 2022?

Amitansu Satpathy - With our product line that revolves around Line Interactive UPS, Three Phase Online UPS, and Modular UPS, we are primarily focused on the energy management. With the pandemic and WFH in its full swing, the greatest opportunities for BPE in 2022 would be around ensuring seamless Power Management solutions to enterprises. In 2022 we see tremendous opportunity in Healthcare, Datacentres, Manufacturing, Industrial Units, Government/PSU, IT & Telecom industries.

What new challenges do you foresee in 2022? 


Amitansu Satpathy - ‘Sustainability’ of operations amidst the increasing production costs and raw materials affecting production, seems to be a rising concern for us in 2022. With a challenge to offer reliable services at the most affordable costs, BPE, as a company, is driven by making it a win-win situation for our customers and investors.

However, looking at the steep rise in imports and the increasing raw materials used for the production of our machines, maintaining fluent operations without allowing inflation to impact our end customers is a task at hand. Adding to it, the export and logistic challenges due to the disrupted supply chain and uncertain lockdown periods are also going to be a tough call to our operations.

Thankfully, with the support of our investors and customers, we’re positive about improvising with the situation as well. 


What is your strategy to tackle these challenges?

Amitansu Satpathy - R&D. Yes, strict Research & Development of our products seems to be the much-needed strategy to tackle the current challenges.We are trying to maintain seamless operations by making more reliable, efficient products to fulfill the market demands. Additionally, with our focus to offer more customized products as per the market, we’re trying to offer cost-effective solutions via our assembly and operations.

What was your company's financial performance in 2021?


Amitansu Satpathy - As a company, BPE has marked significant growth over the years! We have diversified our supplies to different opportunities, aiming at improving our performance in industries like Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial Units, and other Government/PSU industries.  BPE technical team,developed product line in emerging market, Energy Storage Solutions, ESS, and company has invested big profit part in developing ESS for soho, and other market which will give very good marketrevenue in next few years.

Our strategies and techniques to expand our products across different industries have been accepted at large, highlighting a positive sign of growth over the last 3-4 years. We have seen a steady growth and achieved a growth rate of 17% YoY.
