What solutions does Arrow PC provide to the enterprises? How do you leverage your solutions through your channel eco-system?

Our solutions are centered around IT infrastructure modernization both in SME and enterprise segments. Our partners are carefully chosen based on their expertise, customer commitment, and business acumen. We try to improve IT practices which are next-generation and future-ready. Our aim is to reach PAN India while improving business efficiency, optimizing cost by leveraging the latest IT infrastructure. Our selective approach assures we maintain deep relationships with our partners through extensive technical training, support, and interoperability where multi-vendor solutions are developed.

What has been the impact of COVID-19 on your digital transformation journey?

Technology has emerged as the biggest winner during the time of the pandemic, allowing India and its enterprises to modernize and harness the power of technology along with cushioning the impact of the pandemic. Long term sustainability and optimization of business operations have become the need of the hour. Organizations across verticals are limiting customer walk-ins by augmenting their digital capabilities and extending new online services.

We have successfully leveraged our Titanium Partner - Dell Technologies Hybrid Cloud Solutions in ensuring business continuity during the pandemic era. We see exacerbated use of hybrid cloud and hyper-converged platforms as people have realized the importance of cloud-based communication-enabled business processing. COVID-19 has acted as a catalyst towards enterprise cloud adoption both for business continuity and workforce enablement.

What are your company’s future plans?

We have a very clear agenda to become a specialized deployment partner for enterprise customers. We have a team of certified engineers to deploy products and solutions in the field of Data Centre Modernization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Data Storage and Data Protection. We are building expertise in providing remote support and virtual assistance to our customers for seamless operations. We are further building capacity to support offshore clients in some niche technologies like Data Backup, Data Protection, and Hybrid Cloud.
