Rahi was founded with the purpose of providing end-to-end global IT solutions that could help businesses convert long-term goals into success. It was co-founded in 2012 by Sushil Goyal, Tarun Raisoni, and Rashi Mehta. The entrepreneurs continue to work towards harnessing the ongoing evolution of technologies and facilitating the building of businesses with enhanced productivity and profitability.

What are the top channel directions your company has set for your partners?

We connect with distributors pan India to make sure our partners have outreach all over India. We also have a large distribution and logistics team in India. We partner up with our OEMs to provide internal teams with training, paid certifications of the latest technologies, access to meeting with our high-value customers, sales incentive programs, and joint marketing activities.

It encompasses the entire gamut of data centers, enterprise IT structure, Audio/Video solutions, cloud infrastructure, networking & security, global services, and logistics, etc. Rahi focuses on creating a customized approach to meet every business’ specific requirement and help them scale and adopt technologies in a flexible and effective manner.

What are the certifications that the channel should invest in?

We have our technical team capable of meeting clients’ demands/needs. Our people are certified with various managerial, professional, and architectural certifications. We have VMware-certified professionals, IGEL Certified architects, and network security engineers.

Recently, we hosted our flagship event, Rahi Tech Day, for the first time in India. It brought together industry leaders and decision-makers across the country to discuss and explore a range of topics to uplift the IT ecosystem. It provided partners and customers to interact, network, and showcase their innovative and forthcoming products/technology.

What are your future plans?

Rahi is planning to expand to newer locations and work with new customers. They plan to grow by around 30 percent in 2022. We have orders for huge data centers and other projects are in the pipeline. There are multiple other projects for audio-visual requirements and they will be setting up a 30-conference room office in India before the end of 2022. Rahi has also introduced Cloud as a Platform (CaaP) and the team is rapidly adding clients to the portfolio.

Our recent expansion has been to New Zealand for offering services to existing customers and partners. Hiring plans include management trainees, new sales managers, and executives and adding more technical talent to the team almost every month. Rahi recently announced augmenting its workforce by 50% and hiring 500 employees by the end of 2022.
