What are the different trends you are seeing with regard to Remote Work trends in Enterprises and SMBs in recent months?

Unlike the past, where work from home was optional in Enterprises and very rare in SMBs, it is being considered as a long term operation model for business even after the current situation normalises.  Even though the current outbreak of COVID-19 has forced every business to adopt the WFH solutions quickly, organisations and entrepreneurs are looking at Remote Working as a part of their business operation with a certain percentage of workforce.

What are the different challenges faced by partners and customers with regard to Remote Workforce Solutions?

As the model of remote working used to be very uncommon for both customers as well partners and the current situation demanded immediate adaption of the same across workforces, it came with multiple subparts like how to implement, for how many employees and for how long it needs to be provisioned, followed by security and data privacy concerns.

Coming to the industry vertical, not all sectors have been able to respond to the change equally. Which verticals according to you are adopting it faster?

If you look at the adaptation of WFH between Enterprises and SMBs, enterprises are very comfortable in setting up their remote work setup because of much advanced and pre-defined data protection policies, and security standards. Customers from ITES, media, and services are the ones which are adopting it faster.

Helping customers in making their employees understand and use WFH is as important as creating a secure and scalable setup. A remote working environment includes proper enablement with the availability of services like endpoint, secured connection, and internet.  It also takes proper data management and regulatory process to implement and manage it.
