F5 announced the appointment of Edgar Dias as Regional Vice President of Channel and Partnerships for the Asia Pacific. In this role, he will drive the company’s channel and partner strategy across the region and scale the company’s partner ecosystem.
Dias joined F5 in 2018 as the Regional Vice President of F5 India and SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) responsible for scaling the business operations and bringing multi-cloud application services offerings and managed security services to Indian enterprises.
In this role, he has overseen a significant revenue growth in the region, delivered superior customer experience, and successfully expanded F5’s footprint across India and SAARC.
“Partners have always been a key part of F5’s overall growth strategy. With this appointment, I am excited to take our partner's ecosystem to the next level- accelerating growth and offering greater value to our partners,” said Dias.
As digital transformation continues to be a strategic aspect of customers’ business plans, a healthy partner network is critical in enabling customers’ technology transformation.
In the past two years, F5 has made significant investments across the channel and partner organization, including the launch of the Unity+ channel partner program last September. Under Dias’ leadership, F5 will continue to place a strong emphasis on channel and partnerships across the Asia Pacific.
Dias brings over 25 years of experience to the role. Prior to F5, he was the Managing Director of India & SAARCat ServiceNow and earlier, at Brocade Communications.
Dias will continue in his role as the Managing Director of India and SAARC until the search for his replacement is completed.
