Fujitsu Siemens laptop enters volume production

SiS announced that the SiSM672/SiS968-based Esprimo Mobile V5515 laptop made
by Fujitsu Siemens has entered volume production and been available in the
market. It is compatible with Windows Vista Business.

The SiSM672/SiS968-based Esprimo Mobile V5515 is a multi-functional laptop
and comes with a 15.4-inch TFT LCD display and weights 2.7kg. It supports Intel
Core2 Duo, Core Duo and Celeron M processors and DDR2-667 memory up to 2GB.

The SiS Mirage3+ graphics engine, combining with Vertex Shader 2.0 and Pixel
Shader 2.0 technologies, enables the laptop to support the visual effects of
Windows Vista Business when playing video games or watching animation.

The SiS968 Southbridge chipset is paired with the SiSM672 Northbridge chipset
to support various functions of the Esprimo Mobile V5515 laptop, including 3
USB2.0 connectors, high-definition audio, and 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet.
