Genius announces three-year warranty

KYE Corporation, manufacturers of the 'Genius'
brand of products, has extended the warranty on its keyboard and mouse from one
year to three year for Indian customers. Sandeep Ramani, Country Manager for KYE
Corporation said, “This announcement establishes our commitment to the Indian
customer and reassures them about quality of our product”. Genius' portfolio
includes input devices as well as speakers, web cameras, gaming products,
digital cameras, tablet PCs, MP3 players and other multimedia products. Rajeev
Sood, MD, Transtek Infoways, which distributes Genius products in India said,
“This announcement is very important for end-customers and will help us in
increasing Genius marketshare in India.” Transtek will be offering this
warranty from its ten branches, which will be extended to twelve before the end
of this fiscal year. Narendra Dubey, Director, Transtek Infoways said, “The
warranty is a swap warranty and we will maintain shortest possible turn around
time to replace the defective product.”
