Genius appoints RT Outsourcing as national service partner

Taiwan based Genius, announced the appointment of RT Outsourcing as its
service partner for India, effective from 1st of August. RT will provide
services to Genius in five locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata
and Bangalore but in a phased manner there will be a growth in service
locations.

Apart from these five locations, Genius Distributors will continue to provide
the service support to the channel as they have been doing in the past. RT will
provide support to the entire range of Genius.

With this engagement, Genius felt that its dealers could sell its products
with more confidence. Shammi Moza, MD, RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, said,

RT Outsourcing has presence across more than 100 locations in India. With
over 1,500 people, the company has a call center and technical support center in
