QwikCilver's channel strategy was structured to Go-to-market directly in the initial stages nationally. This was to explore, test, pilot and prove the novel concept across the Top 100 corporate enterprise customers in India. Since then, the channel strategy has been scaled up to increase the distribution spread to Tier 1, Tier2 and Tier 3 markets and customers through direct partners in India and overseas.

The Southern region has performed quickest in adopting the channel partner network till date. On the enterprise network, the NCR & Mumbai regions have been quick to adopt the product platform. The network currently has seen the adoption of over 4 million cards across 10,000 points of sale for more than 100 leading brand partners.

GiftBig Insta-Gift is the revolutionary Instant gifting solution pioneered by QwikCilver with numerous advantages to both the retailers and the end-consumers. It is the e-tailing brand portal also known as India's first fully integrated online gift card mall. "Retailers who have adopted the QwikCilver Gift Card platform have been able to drive 40% increased footfalls from a new base of consumers who were hitherto unaware of the brand, 200% uplift in sales revenue and increased sales of their premium product range," adds Pratap TP.

Educating Partners

The Partner is provided the appropriate technology product platform to enable them to launch their Prepaid card Program, Virtual Gift Card programs and mobile-based Card Programs - all of which can be launched and managed seamlessly by QwikCilver on its GiftBig Portfolio.
