Global Consultants acquires Blue Hammock

Global Consultants, Inc. (GCI), providers of end-to-end information
technology services and solutions has announced the acquisition of Blue Hammock,
Inc, Pennsylvania-based company focused on the strategy and delivery of
comprehensive services in data warehousing and business intelligence. This
latest deal continues GCI's growth strategy of bolstering its competencies.

"When GCI received $30 million in equity funding from Oak Investment
Partners last year, part of the goal was to pursue diverse acquisitions that
would broaden our range of expertise in different practices, including data
warehousing and business intelligence" said Dominick Cavuoto, CEO of GCI.
"Blue Hammock's proven abilities in those areas, dovetails nicely with our
overall vision and goals."

Jawahar Bekay, Chief Strategy Officer and MD - India, GCI added, "This

Under the terms of the deal, the employees of Blue Hammock will become part
of GCI, which will substantially expand the company's domain expertise in data
warehousing and business intelligence.
