Extensive
research work has been undertaken to customise the product to achieve maximum
ergonomics, to create a smart and humanised design for effective usage. “The
underlying demand and requirements from PCs is rapidly changing. The convergence
of computing and communications, new technology and applications are driving new
usage models,” said George Paul, Executive VP-Marketing at HCL.

NID
conducted a comprehensive survey with over 200 enterprises across various
industry segments to examine some of the major influences driving changes in the
PC market. Through this survey NID sought direct feedback from Indian customers
on factors such as user environment, buyers psyche, health factors, experience
and trends before designing this desktop computer.
