HCLTech teams up with AWS to accelerate GenAI adoption

HCLTech a global technology company, announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) at the company and by enterprises globally.

The core objective of this collaborative endeavor is to furnish enterprises with the capability to fully tap into the prowess of AWS's cutting-edge GenAI portfolio, encompassing a suite of advanced technologies such as Amazon CodeWhisperer, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Titan, AWS Trainium, and Inferentia.

Under the umbrella of this strategic collaboration, HCLTech envisions a transformative path forward. The focal point lies in the utilization of Amazon CodeWhisperer, which will be harnessed by a substantial force of over 50,000 engineers, adept cloud practitioners, and skilled developers.

Their collective expertise will be channeled towards the construction of secure applications and the responsible integration of AI. This duality of purpose extends both internally within HCLTech's operations and externally, serving the dynamic needs of the clients they serve.

As a result, this partnership emerges as a synergy that not only promises to bolster HCLTech's capabilities but also to fortify its commitment to driving responsible AI-driven innovation. It will also integrate its Advantage Cloud platform for automated mass application migration to the cloud with Amazon CodeWhisperer, enabling automated rehosting, refactoring, and re-platforming treatments with a centralized dashboard to monitor and plan migrations.
