Mumbai: Microsoft announced the availability of hosted Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in India. This announcement is in line with its continued emphasis on innovation and customer value in the CRM space. Net4India is Microsoft's first partner in India for this initiative. The objective of this hosted CRM is to help businesses of all kinds-small, medium and large across all verticals to increase customer's loyalty and streamline customer relationship management in order to drive cost optimization. The latter is extremely critical in the current economic environment.
