HP launched its 350th service center in India at 'Ins Telecom', Panipat. The
company claimed that trained service personnel at the center would solve
customer queries, assuring quality service while being empathetic to customer
grievances.
The center would also provide return to bench and onsite pick and drop
support simultaneously. With return to bench support, customers can visit the
center and replace any faulty HP consumer product with a new or reconditioned
like-new product.
With onsite pick and drop support, customers can get their product (with
onsite product warranty) replaced from their home through a HP certified
personnel.
