Huawei's new Unified Communication (UC) solution was launched globally
during a recent International Network Transformation Forum, where Huawei also
introduced their end-to-end IMS and Value Added Service solutions, and gave
intensive analysis of NGN services and applications.
Huawei said in a statement that its UC solution is part of the company's
Next Generation Network (NGN) portfolio and is an integrated and intelligent
service combined with Instant Message, Presence, Unified Message and video
communication.
Each terminal user of the UC solution has a unified number and can use
numerous functions such as; Click to Dial, Intelligent Call Routing, Call
Management and Web self-help management to enjoy brand-new service experience.
Huawei's R&D efforts are aimed at introducing technologies, which make
life simpler for customers besides adding immense value. The new Unified
Communication solution is a step in this direction, as it will enable the users
to work on multiple functions from singular point only.
