Ideal Broadcasting is Quantum's newest VAR

Quantum Corporation has announced the appointment of Ideal Broadcasting India
as its value-added reseller (VAR) for its StorNext data management software in
India. Ideal Broadcasting is a systems integrator and full-service support
company that provide consultancy, systems design, project management and
installation services to terrestrial, cable, satellite broadcasters as well as
post-production facilities.

Quantum stated that this agreement has strengthened its channel strategy in
the region and leveraged the two companies' combined expertise to deliver
data-management solutions, specifically to the media, government and scientific
markets. "This strategic relationship with Ideal will benefit customers in the
data-intensive industry space as well as provide the high-quality consultative
support and service. Together with Ideal, we will expand Quantum's product reach
and increase our local marketshare," said Sunny John, Country Manager, Quantum.
