Infosys' co-founder Nadathur Sarangapani Raghavan has acquired Bengaluru-based information security services company Paladion Networks, through his $1-billion Nadathur Holdings.

Paladion, founded by Rajat Mohanty and seven others in 2001, also offers managed security services. It recorded annual revenues of $35 mn in the last financial year and aims to top $200 mn in the next five years.
