What kind of growth can the companies achieve from AI-ML platforms?

Animesh Samuel - There are primarily 2 types of AI/ML platform. One is where the platform is designed to automate one function for a vertical of a set of similar verticals. Here, enterprises get a tactical advantage in the sense that they are able to reduce costs and if implemented well, can also give a better experience to the users. By reducing costs and enhancing accuracy as well as efficiency through AI, NLP, and ML-led automation, organizations of all sizes are witnessing a considerable increase in their revenue or a considerable decrease in their spending. For example, we recently automated the marketing analysis process for a major Indian multinational telecommunications company. Built on E42, the AI Marketing Analyst that we deployed for them, provides comprehensive and in-depth information, metrics, and analytics for researched data, helping in the accurate assessment of business environments. With the data-driven insights so generated, the customer has witnessed significantly enhanced business outcomes.

The second is a platform that can automate various functions for every enterprise. Here platforms like E42 can ensure that enterprises become intelligent. They not only automate processes but also bring huge strategic wins. This happens because the AI is now no longer at the periphery (i.e. intent classification, tagging, etc.) but at the core when different automations generate insights that can be consumed by other departments. For example, an AI Customer Care Executive can generate insights that will be gold to the AI Marketing Executive described above and help time marketing campaigns and also products based on that.

Organisations, irrespective of their size and scale can leverage the capabilities of our AI Marketing Analyst or any of many AI workers that we have built on E42 for augmenting the overall ROI on their efforts.

What has been the revenue growth % of E42 in 2021? How much revenue % was it higher/lower than in 2020?

Animesh Samuel - We have recorded the most profit in the last 3 years registering 100% YoY growth each time.

How much of the revenue growth % came from AI-ML/Deep Learning?

Animesh Samuel - While we recorded growth in each sector, the revenue growth from AI-ML reached 100% being the most profitable vertical.

How many MSMEs in the IT sector have you helped to achieve growth through AI-ML? How many of these MSMEs came from the non-metro cities/towns?

Animesh Samuel - At this moment we are dealing with only large enterprises.

What are the challenges in this segment? How do you resolve these challenges?

Animesh Samuel - Enterprises are automating various functions ranging from HR, recruitment, customer service, finance, legal, IT operations, and more – but in silos. With E42, all this can be triggered from a single omnichannel channel interface (across web/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams/etc.) in natural language from anywhere! This means that every AI worker built on the platform can be clubbed with other AI workers built on the platform. For the enterprise, it means intelligence can be leveraged like never before. E.g., based on the interaction of the AI customer care exec, the AI marketing Analyst can suggest changes in their campaign messaging. Or on the learnings from the AI recruiter, AI HR exec, AI IT services manager, etc. all catering to the same employees, the enterprise can better predict attrition, employee wellness etc.
