What kind of investments do the MSME's have to spend to use your platform?
Arpit - Since NeoDove is a cloud-based solution, it does not require you to set up special hardware just for it.
Businesses can simply subscribe to one of the plans mentioned below and get access to the admin dashboard that can be accessed directly via a web browser, and the NeoDove mobile app that they can download from the Play Store.
We have affordable subscription plans which vary from Rs 999/- monthly to Rs 799/- annually.
We cater to more than seven sectors, with the top ones being the automotive sector, which makes up 48.3% of our clientele, the edtech sector, which accounts for almost 10%, finance sector 8.3%, real estate 7.3% and retail almost 6%.
Do you give them any post-installation support to see if they are upscaling in their sales?
Arpit - Typically, customer support or success teams in the SaaS industry are not given much attention, but we have put it at the forefront from day one.
We assign each client a Customer Success Manager who handles everything from onboarding to resolving queries. We also create separate WhatsApp groups for each client, where we share regular performance reports and give them an easier way to reach us.
What if an MSME can't upscale in sales and revenue growth after installing your platform?
Arpit - Our platform focuses on streamlining the telecalling process, allowing teams to maximise productivity within a stipulated time frame. If they use it diligently, the results will surely follow. I say this because people who have been using it are seeing positive results.
