How difficult is it for the women to run an MSME? What are the opportunities for them?
Jeyalakshmi Venkatanarayanan - Nothing is difficult. Women should turn challenges into opportunities. That’s entrepreneurship.  We can register under MSME and avail the benefits on marketing, funding, expansion, land, certification and much more. Opportunities are there to grow even globally. During our silver jubilee year, in two months we are launching a UPS only for routers (Patent applied) . We have found many ways to go global. There are many opportunities. Women should remove mind blocks and develop a positive approach. Smart thinking and working will lead to success stories.

What are the challenges you face in your work? How do you resolve these challenges?
Jeyalakshmi Venkatanarayanan - Lead generation and funding was a challenge. I Joined many professional and business network organisations and associations and developed contacts and visibility. Found ways to get more funding. With credibility and negotiation, I created a positive work culture and credibility with vendors who give credit for executing orders. I also take keen interest in my people providing timely delivery, installation and commissioning so that customers pay us in time. This also eases my cash flow situation.
