Tell us about your work in software and how it is evolving

Kaustubh Kashyap - OpenTurf has been at the forefront of bringing innovative solutions in the technology domain to firms across businesses and industrial domains. Our flagship offering,  named Virtual Technology Office (VTO) - a virtual CTO service, is changing the very face of businesses by helping them achieve elevated efficiencies and deliver superior customer experiences. An extended execution arm of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), VTO helps CXOs to focus on strategic issues, while OpenTurf works towards execution and management of their tech stack.

We offer a range of services under Virtual CTO offering that include build-operate-transfer model or a combination of these, while fully protecting the IP of the customer. We offer tech audit, tech consulting, product conceptualization and requirement documentations, custom-built automation, software development, system integration and the like. Over the years, OpenTurf has evolved the business model to turnkey approach so that our customers get a lot more confidence in working with us. This approach helps share risks and responsibilities with partners and creates a win-win situation for all stakeholders in the business ecosystem. In fact, the turnkey perspective is proving instrumental in delivering significantly higher efficiency in economic value (measured in terms of time and money). This, in turn, translates into an enriched customer experience and helps our customers garner more market share and business profitability.

We are investing heavily in developing new-age technology solutions to help clients with  building capacity for their projects and implementation requirements. This capability augmentation helps top management of companies to focus more on their core expertise and remain relevant in the face of a fast-changing business environment. This will also prove crucial for companies to achieve a competitive edge by converting their core competencies into distinctive ones and remaining ahead of the rival firms.

How interested are the small businesses in adopting these offerings?

Kaustubh Kashyap - In the last couple of years, we have witnessed a large gulf between small-sized organisations and bigger companies in terms of adopting digital technologies for their business transformations. IT organisations also focus on these larger companies. The new-age entrepreneurs are also driving their businesses via technology. As a result, the tech gap is rapidly increasing with each passing year. To bridge this digital divide and offer small-scale organisations with a level playing field, OpenTurf has a host of solutions that are effective and efficient and yet economical to avail at the same time. In fact, the cost-competitive nature of our services is our prominent USP helping us to find favour with companies across product categories and service domains.
