How is the Cloud Technology evolving in 2023?

How do you compare the Indian Cloud market to those in the US and in UAE in terms of customer expectations?

Priya Ranjan - While customer expectations can be somewhat similar to cloud markets in India, the US, and UAE however it differs due to market maturity, cultural differences, and regulatory environment. Cloud technology demand is rapidly growing in India with a significant focus on cost-effectiveness, security, and reliability. Compliance with local data privacy laws and integration with local business processes is highly expected in India. But in the case of the US market, the focus is on performance, scalability, and innovation as the market is matured. Cloud providers are expected to offer high availability, automated management, and advanced analytics in the US market. UAE has a mature market that expects somewhat the same from cloud providers as the US. The UAE market is however more focused on personalized service, data protection laws, and industry specific laws In addition to laws covering specific technologies.
