What are the Cloud adoption trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Indian market?

Rakshit Bhatt - The pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation and cloud adoption journey for many enterprises in India. As per a recent survey by EY and NASSCOM, transformation and growth are the top drivers of cloud adoption in India, followed by cost optimization and business continuity. The survey also revealed that ITeS, healthcare, and BFSI sectors have witnessed a steep spike in cloud adoption due to the pandemic. However, cloud adoption is not without its challenges. Enterprises face various issues such as security risks, regulatory compliance, skill gaps, and legacy systems that hinder their cloud journey. On the other hand, cloud adoption also opens up new opportunities for enterprises to innovate, scale and agilely respond to changing customer needs and market dynamics across various sectors and regions.

Highlight the emerging technologies and innovations in the cloud space such as hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, edge computing, AI/ML, IoT, and 5G.

We are also investing in Data capabilities and working with the Cloud Hyperscalers on the use cases on which we will build our data solutions. We really want to Niche in this space in years to come.

We are uniquely positioned to unlock the benefits of both public and private clouds backed by the products we service and by designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions. We have invested in an observability platform, and we are running various GTMs to onboard our partners and customers for a well-governed Cloud Ops Service in a multi-cloud model.
