What value-added services and solutions do you offer to your clients?

Shrikant Shitole - Founded in 2008 as a value-added distributor for OEMs, iValue Infosolutions has traversed the transformative journey to emerge as a premium technology solutions and services aggregator. Our mission is to address our customers' evolving business and technology needs through consultative business development. 

Armed with a go-to-market strategy built on the customer and product life cycle frameworks, we provide 350 comprehensive solutions to over 6000 customers across geographies with a presence across India, SAARC, and SEA. We categorise these offerings under digital transformation needs, covering a broad spectrum, including NextGen security, security analytics, hybrid cloud management, availability and performance management, consolidation and automation. 


Recognising the power of partnerships, iValue Infosolutions forged strong alliances with over 70 technology OEMs to leverage complementary capabilities for joint market development, enablement, services and financing.

We foster an extensive partner network to drive profitable growth. Our channel support is tailored to the specific offerings, interests and clientele of each partner, empowering them in both sales and technical aspects to collaboratively develop business opportunities in the market.

Since we keep our partners at the cynosure of all our activities, we introduced the iValue DX Stack for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Its infrastructure solutions help developers manage the complete life cycle of their applications, from development to production. It includes everything from source control management to build automation to deployment and monitoring and is designed to work with any type of application, whether it is traditional or cloud-native.


With a keen eye on technology adoption maturity, we introduced the iValue Centre of Excellence (iVCoE). This industry-first initiative allows enterprise customers, partners and OEMs to try out multi-brand offerings to address every need around application resilience and make risk-free technology investment decisions in double quick time. It can help enterprises fast-track application resilience, from code to cloud, with zero risk, which will help them attain their business goals. 

We also run the iAcademy in-house program to continuously nurture and develop talent across sales, pre-sales, and service delivery. This has made our technical and service capabilities extremely robust, encompassing everything from design and sizing to deployment, integration, and optimisation. 

How have you grown in the last one year in terms of revenue growth %, geographical expansion across metro and non-metro locations and clientele strength in terms of large and small and medium clients?


Shrikant Shitole - We have established our presence across India, SAARC and South East Asia. iValue Infosolutions offers analytics-driven focused business development to target the right set of customers for the right set of offerings based on their technology adoption maturity across geographies. We currently cover over 3500 key accounts, comprising the industry leaders in BFSI, government services (including government e-marketplace), ITES and emerging enterprises (including digital native businesses) across industry verticals. 

I can reveal that our SEA revenue for FY22 is four times that of the previous fiscal. Also, iValue crossed $270 million in revenue this fiscal.

What are your future plans and strategies for expansion and growth? 


Shrikant Shitole - We will continue to invest in top-notch talent and augment our OEM associations to support our rapidly growing client base. We will also build deep partnerships with a more extensive customer base to strengthen our position and sustain our continual growth trajectory.

Do you engage service provider partners? What is their strength across India in metro and non-metro locations?

Shrikant Shitole - iValue possesses expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales aspects for its leading OEM offerings. We collaborate with carefully chosen partners, providing them with the necessary technical capabilities and sales support for OEMs that align with their customer base.


Our network of over 900 channel partners is delighted to collaborate with us. This collaboration give them access to a global organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, excellence, and years of unwavering commitment to the partnership philosophy.

iValue complements our partners' technical proficiencies in networking, security, storage and cloud domains, catering to the datacenter requirements of enterprises. Our certified talent pool spans across India, SAARC, and SEA regions.

Following the acquisition of ASPL Info, iValue has been expanding its services in the realm of managed infrastructure, NoC (Network Operations Center), SoC (Security Operations Center), database migration, AWS/Azure migration, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and similar areas. These expanded services aim to assist our partners in addressing a wider range of their customers' needs.
