What kind of challenges are coming in the way of evolving these new-age technologies and how are you resolving them?

Sudha KV - Organisations all around the world are going digital in order to modernize operations and foster innovation. Yet digital transformation is often easier said than done. The sheer number of new technologies and variety of operating models available can make it difficult to meet today’s requirements and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges. Dell Technologies is taking measures to motivate Indian businesses to take a future-ready approach for planning their IT strategy. Our portfolio of as-a-service offerings simplify digital transformation by increasing IT agility and control

How is the reception of these technologies across India?

Sudha KV - Our servers have been well-received in the market and continue to be adopted widely across key businesses. Businesses have a greater degree of awareness towards new-age technologies presently. There is growing interest around adoption of modern IT solutions and upgrading existing infrastructure despite challenges at the workplace. IDC estimates that by 2024, more than half of data center infrastructure will be consumed and operated via an as-a-Service model and Dell is already in the forefront of that model. Dell Technologies has been recognised as the leader in mainstream servers’ category in India, with the highest ever industry share of 44.9%, as per IDC Worldwide Quarterly Server Tracker Q12022. We remain committed to the needs of our customers and partners and are driving adoption of technologies for success in their digital transformation journey.
