What are the challenges you see in distributing your segment products? How do you resolve these challenges?

Today, IT products distribution has become very competitive and challenging. Profit of margin is the main challenge as there is lot of competition due to less demand than supply. We buy into huge quantities, so we may be able to make margins.

Do you have an online profile? On how many platforms?

Yes, we do have online profile on four Platforms viz., our own company website, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin. The online profiles help us to grow our business. We can capture customers floating online, as today many clients don't like to venture outside before they do online research. They first gather information online and then contact the distributor offline or via online contact mode. Hence, having online profiles always helps.

Do you export abroad? To which regions? What is your revenue percentage coming from foreign countries?
