My guiding principle is to have learning from situations as my primary anchor. Also to stay positive and make efforts. Failure and success are two sides of the same coin and when your goal is to approach the situation with learn as the primary outcome, success or failure does not matter. In fact failure offers more learning. I don't think about competing and winning but more about doing my best and staying true to myself in any given situation.
