Intex launches 'Fly with Intex' scheme

Intex Technologies has announced the scheme 'Fly with Intex', which
provides free air-tickets for destinations across India and holiday packages,
which a buyer could explore on purchase of Intexs products. This tour packages
offered to its channel partners and customers starts from August 1, 2006.

For a consumer, the experience of buying a PC becomes more fruitful as they
can win a return air-ticket to a destination of his choice on buying a PC from
an authorized dealer of Intex. The scheme is applicable for the regular models
of Intex's Gold and Platinum desktop PCs. In the notebook category, a buyer
can avail these benefits on the Centrino-based models only.

For resellers, the scheme encompasses a range of Intex's products. Each
product has been allocated some points for a specific quantity, for example,
1,250 points for one unit of TFT monitor, 1,250 points for two units of DVD
players, 750 points for two units of MP3 players etc. On collection of 10,000
points against the purchase of the above-mentioned minimum quantity of a product
from an authorized distributor, a reseller can win a return air ticket for any
one of the selected destinations in India. He can also get a special holiday
package for the chosen location.

According to Shailendra Jha, Channel Manager, Intex, “We have always been
an enthusiastic to strengthen our relationship with channel partners and
consumers. This is one of the main schemes to be launched this financial year.
With the inclusion of almost all the products from PCs, IT peripherals and
entertainment electronics categories, the scheme has a comprehensive appeal. ”The
scheme has launched on all-India level and would remain operational for the
month of August. Buyers can redeem their points at any point during month.
