Iomega expands product range into back office with full line of servers

Iomega Corporation has launched seven new network attached storage (NAS) file
servers that deliver breakthrough pricing and performance.

Offering models with capacities of up to 480 GB, Iomega has created a
flexible, cross-platform solution that businesses need for organizing, sharing
and protecting their critical data.

"Today more than ever, small and medium-sized businesses and SOHO users
are looking to share and protect their digital data but cannot afford the price
of an expensive server," says Jim Payne, President and MD, Iomega Pacific.
"Iomega has studied the marketplace and is delivering the solution–innovative
and easy-to-use NAS products that provide advanced functionality at dramatically
lower costs."

The
seven new models - the Iomega NAS A300u, P400u, P405u, P410u, P400m, P405m and
P410m–offer hot swappable drives, RAID 5 and RAID 5+ hot spare.
