The Delhi-based IT computer and mobility distribution Iris Global Services has recently supplied their Delhi partner Inca Infotech Technologies with Rs 5.50 Crore worth of Acer desktops for upgrading and modernising the banking IT Infrastructure of Delhi and Chandigarh Zones of United Bank of India.
The two zones of UBI constitute Delhi Zonal Office (North Delhi and Central Delhi regional offices) and Chandigarh Zonal office (Jalandhar, Shimla, Hissar and Karnal regional offices).
Gopal Tripathi, MD, Inca Infotech Technologies said, “Iris has supplied us 550 Acer desktops, for UBI Delhi zone and 580 desktops for the UBI Chandigarh zone. UBI is upgradation of new desktops was much needed to increase the speed and reduce response time for customer deliveries. The upgradation of their IT Infrastructure was done after their merger with Corporation Bank and Andhra Bank."
Inca Infotech has been doing business for the last 22 years, specialising in the BFSI sectors with clients like RBI, SBI, PNB, CBI, PSB, BOB and Canara Bank, along with servicing many other nationalised banks as well as HDFC and IndusInd Bank in the private banking sectors. The Delhi parner of Iris Global has also been rendering IT FMS and AMC services to these Banks for their IT Hardware and Aadhar Enabled centres. It supplies IT Hardware, handles IT FMS and Maintenance businesses for BFSI, Defence and other Central Govt organisations. The company has reported their 2021 - 2022 financial year revenue closing at Rs 16 crore. They expect to achieve Rs 21 Crore in revenue in the present fiscal, eyeing BFSI, Education, Health and Defence.
They joined the Iris Partner bandwagon in 2018. “Our relationship with Iris has been really good. Kamini Talwar has supported us for any type of order and she has assured us they will accommodate any orders with additional credit limits," Tripathi added.
Inca Infotech has been an Iris Global partner for the last 4 years. They installed the supplied Acer desktops at UBI’s various branches along with other hardware. With their HO at Delhi, Inca also operates from its branch offices at Bangalore, Mumbai, Jallandhar, Jaipur, Dehradun and Kolkata.
“We are looking forward conservatively to times ahead. Much of it is owing to the global scenario that has affected semi-conductors supplies, despite good orders. Things will take a while to normalise,” Tripathi concluded.
