Jaivinder Singh Gill joins Lenovo India

Lenovo India announced the appointment of Jaivinder Singh Gill as the company's
Relational Business Head. He will be based in Lenovo's Gurgaon office and his
role would include business development and sales for the mid-market and
enterprise business portfolio. He will oversee new avenues in business segments
and will be instrumental in building the relational business for Lenovo India.

Gill comes with over 17 years of industry experience-having worked in
varied roles including sales and marketing, operations, quality, transition, and
finance and accounting.

Prior to joining Lenovo India, Gill was Director-Sales and Operations
Excellence, Dell India. There he successfully ramped up the company's Delhi
operations and managed the talent pool and training of employees. He was also
responsible for planning, executing and implementing business plans and
strategies to deliver revenue and margin results, and developing a strong
management team. In addition, he has been associated with other companies
including ATS Services India, American Express (India) and Samtel Color in
varied roles and responsibilities.
