Jorjy International is attempting to further reinforce its customer-friendly image with its plan to open a Swap Center at Nehru Place to address all replacement issues. The center is expected to start functioning by the end of this month. It will also coincide with Jorjy shifting base from its Lajpat Nagar office to Nehru Place in another effort to stay closer to its customers.

The Swap Center will also look at replacement for Acer and Seagate products that Jorjy recently added to its fold. "We have a clear service and support policy for all our products and these have been effectively communicated to our partners," says AK
Sapru, Chief Executive, Jorjy International.

The company is also planning to launch color monitors and keyboards under the Perx brand by the end of October. "We are looking at a modest volume of 4,000 to 5,000 units in the first quarter," said

Sapru.

But a similar announcement in the past about the launch of Perx PCs has not yet taken any concrete shape. "The launch of PCs has been temporarily shelved because of a change in the management," said

Sapru.  He however dismissed claims that the company was building a comfort level in the market with low-value products before embarking on an exercise to address the PC market. He said, "This is not a concerted effort to establish market and brand recall with low value products." He further added, "Market and channel expansion is a constant exercise at Jorjy to ensure a continual enhancement in our penetration."
