Kaseya appoints Prakash Khot as CTO

Kaseya, provider of IT service management software, has appointed Prakash Khot as its chief technology officer (CTO).

Prakash will lead the Kaseya team of engineers on the design, development and release of next-generation IT service management software and cloud offerings to fit the specific needs of MSPs and enterprise companies.

As a senior technology executive and serial entrepreneur, he brings 20 years of technology industry experience and success to Kaseya, including delivering market-leading cloud collaboration solutions.

Prior to joining Kaseya, Prakash was the senior VP of engineering at Salesforce leading the Big Data and Analytics, as well as the real-time collaboration efforts. Earlier, he was the founding CTO of Dimdim and AIM, acquired by Salesforce and CA, respectively.

This new executive appointment comes on the heels of the acquisitions by Kaseya of Zyrion, and Rover Apps, LLC, both announced last month.
