Kobian drops Neoteric for Mercury Motherboards

Kobian India and Neoteric have mutually agreed to discontinue mother-boards
from the distribution agreement in view of the business interest of both
organizations.

From now on, Neoteric will carry the existing range of Mercury products,
except for motherboard.

Kobian took the strategic decision to part ways with Neoteric in the
motherboard business as Neoteric decided to distribute Asus mother-boards.

This decision was taken to safeguard the brand value of Mercury, protect the
interest of channels and avoid any miscommunication at the sales point to
resellers.

The channel can continue to source other Mercury products like casing,
speakers, networking products from Neoteric. There is no change on account of
these products and support policy pertaining to them.

Neoteric will continue to support all its channel partners through Kobian
during the warranty period as per the normal terms, even for those motherboards
sold by Neoteric until now.
