Using the technical skills acquired in over 25 years of experience, Artek Enterprises has been able to build long-term relationships with its customers and principals by providing them with high quality of services. The company has seen steady growth over the years and the last year or so was no different story, wherein it had the growth of about 10 percent.
The leading brands that contributed towards this growth include Digilink, D-Link, Digisol, and Cisco. And the major contribution of around 75 percent came from the North and Central India region in this overall growth. Adding to its existing portfolio of leading brands, the SI also signed new distribution agreement with eScan for anti-virus products, BPE for UPS, and Fluke Networks for test equipment.
Amongst the major projects that added to the revenue of the company were the orders received from Airports Authority of India for 22 non metro airports for over Rs 2.55 crore, Kurukshetra University for Campus wide Wi-Fi networking for over Rs 1.18 crore, and Sharda Group of Institutions, Agra for Campus LAN for Rs 89 lakh. These projects contributed about 15 percent of the company's revenue. Besides, it also won contracts from Indian Railways and IITs.
In its efforts to continuously increase its partner network, the company increased its dealer network by 20 percent last year. It also added 15 new members to its existing manpower and imparted training to 19 of them.
In the next FY, the company wants to focus on upcoming technology products and increase or rather strengthen its product portfolio by adding solutions in power supply systems, network security, and surveillance. It is also planning to add 10 new members to its organization and take the total number of employees to 170 by March next year.
