Lenovo India inaugurated exclusive brand stores, the ThinkWorld, in Hyderabad, Raipur and
Madurai. This is in association with its channel partners Aparajitha ThinkWorld, Ankur Computers and VSL Electronics. Like all ThinkWorld stores across the country, these outlets will showcase the complete range of ThinkCentres and
ThinkPads.
This retail program will provide customers better access to the Think range of products. The initiative is part of Lenovo's business strategy of strengthening its retail presence by increasing its footprints across the country and gaining access to the SMB and SOHO business segments.
“Our ThinkWorld brand of retail stores has built a strong presence across the country. These new stores should help us strengthen our market presence and provide us access to the non-metro markets,” said Vivek
Malhotra, Director-Sales and Channels, Lenovo India.
The ThinkWorld in Madurai is located in the AR Plaza in North Veli Street and in Hyderabad at the Adhithya Enclave at
Ameerpet. The third ThinkWorld store in Raipur is located in the Durga College complex on KK Road.
Lenovo, in association with key business partners, establishes ThinkWorld stores. The partners then become a part of a marketing and sales support system called the
'ThinkWorld Program'. The vendor also provides an ongoing training program for its business partners on products and technology.
Representatives from the National Institute of Sales (NIS) offer sales guidance to partners for the up gradation of their sales skills and proficiency. Currently, Lenovo has 33 ThinkWorld outlets across India and is present in cities like
Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Kolkata.
