Lenovo opens first flagship store in India

New Delhi: Lenovo announced the inauguration of its first flagship store in India. It was inaugurated in Nehru Place, New Delhi. In this store a complete range of Lenovo products will be available including IdeaPad and IdeaCentre range of consumer PCs, ThinkPad and ThinkCentre range of PCs for businesses. The company plans to deliver an end-to-end process guidance to choose the right product for customer requirements, post-sale support and warranty support, all under one roof. Lenovo also plans to introduce and showcase new products first in this store and then display these products to other Indian retail outlets.

Chen Shao Peng, Senior VP-Emerging Markets, Lenovo, said, “This store has been designed to reflect the new look and feel of Lenovo stores internationally, similar to the best-in-class Lenovo stores in China as well as elsewhere in the world. The New Delhi store will showcase both our Idea consumer range and Think commercial products, giving customers convenient and easy access to our offerings.”

With the launch of this store, Lenovo manages a 'hat-trick' by becoming the first PC brand to have three exclusive retail outlets in the area, an important hub for PC business in India. The company already has two smaller scale Lenovo-exclusive outlets at Nehru Place.
