LifeSize unveils elaborate strategy for India market

LifeSize Communications is strengthening its route to channel by formally
announcing its strategy for India. The company's plans to aggressively expand
presence in the India market with the appointment of two new channel partners in
India - Actis Technologies, and Enkay Technologies which will aid the company in
enhancing its sales and presence in a high growth video conference market here.
With the addition of these two new partners and the existing channel partner
PLUS Business Machines, LifeSize now has three channel partners in India.

With several systems already installed in India, LifeSize aims to reach out
to key audiences spanning key verticals such as government, large enterprises,
BFSI, telemedicine and the education sector. Overall the company aims to cover
potential clients across the country and achieve a significant market share.

Commenting on the development, K. Shivasankar, Country Manager, LifeSize
Communications - India, said," India represents a top emerging market for
LifeSize and we remain committed to fostering long term channel partnerships.
Together with our partners we are working on several initiatives that would
increase the use of high definition video conference across all user
segments".

In August 2006, LifeSize established a design center in Bangalore to focus on
software development and its Bangalore project team continues to collaborate
closely with their counterparts in Austin, Texas on engineering efforts across
the company's product line. LifeSize continues to add personnel to its design
center in India.
