Logitech Electronic India, a subsidiary of Logitech, announced price repositioning across its product lines for customers to benefit from the dollar-rupee exchange rate. Another major reason is increased focus on enhancing the sales of the range of cordless devices. Alongside, Logitech distributors have agreed to maintain price parity between outside and inside octroi transactions in Maharashtra and Punjab. This initiative has been taken to improve channel confidence.
Talking from the channel's point of view, Moninder Jain, Country Manager - Logitech Electronic India said, "The channel response to Logitech over the last few months has been very good because of the quality powered by Swiss technology." With this price repositioning and octroi absorption, Logitech and its distributors (Ingram/ Rashi/ Neoteric) are further helping the channel promote these products and earn from them. He also commented, "This move will help partners sell more and make quality affordable to more consumers, combined with our recent announcement of increased warranty."
