McAfee initiates mid-market partner program

McAfee announced the launch of its mid-market partner program, which will run
the whole of 2008. This program aims to help partners to be successful in the
security space as it will provide the tools and incentives to develop new
businesses. By registering for this program, the partner will enjoy a variety of
benefits. The participating partner organizations will get opportunities to grow
their business by getting benefits such as coverage and field support; growth
and profitability; partner enablement; marketing campaign assistance; technical
support (24/7 and web portal)

The products eligible for this program are all system products, such as
McAfee Total Protection from 51 nodes to 750 nodes (inclusive) as well as McAfee
gateway products such as Secure Internet Gateway 3000, 3100, 3200 and 3300's
(not 3400's).
