Microsoft adds eSys to its distributor network

Microsoft Corporation India has announced the appointment of eSys as a

nationwide distributor for products targeted at the system builder market in

India. Following the new partnership, eSys will distribute Microsoft's Windows

XP Operating Systems (Windows XP Home & Pro), Microsoft Office 2003,

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Small Business Server 2003, to the

System Builder segment.

eSys will align with Microsoft India's geographical expansion initiatives

and partner with Microsoft India to increase the breadth and frequency of the

system builder market addressed by Microsoft India. eSys is expected to bring

new partners, as well as increase the overall footprint of Microsoft's product

distribution in India.

Commenting on the partnership, Microsoft Corporation India Small & Medium

Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) Director, Rajeev Mittal said, "Our
